Asset Licenses.

Understanding the usage rights for resources downloaded from the Archpick Library.

When you download an asset from Archpick (such as a CAD Block, 3D Model, or Texture), you are granted a license to use that asset. The scope of that license depends on whether you have a Personal or Commercial account tier.

Free & Basic Tier

Personal Use License

  • Use in university/student projects
  • Use in personal portfolio pieces
  • Use in non-monetized competitions
  • Cannot be used in client/paid work
  • Attribution required (in video descriptions or fine print)

Pro & Studio Tier

Commercial Use License

  • Use in client projects & pitches
  • Use in final commercial renderings/animations
  • Use in monetized YouTube/social media
  • No attribution required
  • Cannot resell unmodified assets

Universal Restrictions

Regardless of your tier, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Redistributing or reselling the source files (.dwg, .max, .blend, etc.) as standalone products.
  • Incorporating our UI components or templates into a competing resource library platform.
  • Claiming original authorship of unmodified models or CAD blocks.
