Terms of Service.

Welcome to Archpick. By accessing or using our platform, connecting to our services, downloading resources, or participating in the community, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or downloading any content from Archpick (including but not limited to CAD Blocks, 3D Models, Textures, and Tutorials), you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content & Portfolios

When you upload or submit content to Archpick (such as Portfolio projects or Community posts), you retain all ownership rights to your original work. However, you grant Archpick a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content across the platform for promotional and operational purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to publish the content you submit.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• 01.You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• 02.You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform.
• 03.You may not redistribute or resell Archpick's digital resource assets in their original format on other platforms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain premium resources and learning modules require an active subscription (`Pro` or `Studio`). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Archpick, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
